Piovan do Brasil is the branch of Piovan Group based in the city of Osasco, in São Paulo, Brazil, that was founded in 1982.

In the early 80's, Piovan identified an opportunity to get into the Brazilian market, starting a local production with a licensed company. At that time, when Brazil was facing rigid restrictions on imports, interfering and delaying the market growth, Piovan Italy offered to the Brazilian market, the utmost technology in auxiliary equipment for plastic processing, beginning a history of a lot of advances, struggles and achievements in these four decades.With a licensed company, Piovan started in Brazil with the local production of the first hoppers loaders, single station volumetric dosers, dryers and granulators.

Ten years later, with the opening of the markets for importing, Piovan do Brasil, settled up its own branch, in the region of Santo Amaro, in São Paulo, importing the state-of-the-art equipment from Piovan Italy.

This evolution allowed in less than three years, to achieve the market leadership, encouraging the building of the Brazilian plant, which was established in 2000, in the city of Osasco, São Paulo.

Currently, Piovan do Brasil counts on 106 employees, with an area of 7.600m², divided among production, engineering, service, as well administrative areas, at our customers’ and partners’ service, further to our network of sales and technical agents throughout South America.

With 40 years of expertise, Piovan do Brasil was able to develop and produce locally products and integrated solutions for storage, transport, handle and dosing for plastics processing, added to the high performance and energy efficiency systems for temperature control and process cooling, from Aquatech, one of our brands, specialist on industrial cooling.

The wide know how acquired with the execution of numerous installations, led us to reach new markets through Penta, another Group’s brand, focused not only on food industry, but also plastic, we extended our lines to the development and production of automation systems to storage, transport and handling of food powders, in particular sugar, flour, milk, chocolate, starch and micro ingredients, as well PVC compounds and its components.

Over the time, Piovan do Brasil have expanded markets, increased our production capacity and achieved significant results, consolidating our trajectory in the Brazilian market.Being able to contribute with our customers’ success, building lasting relationships, throughout our history, is what always motivates our continuous improving and learning process.
