DryAir4Food enables air quality and filtration suitable for food contact by using EPA filters that are specially designed for food contact. The resulting air has a moisture level that ensures no condensation inside the machine, even at temperatures below 0 °C.

This technique is specific to fine powdered food ingredients, such as 00 flour, and exploits the physics behind small particles that have a negligible volume relative to the surface area.
