Aquatech's next-generation products are designed for use in the smart factories of Industry 4.0. Easytherm integrates open standards, such as the OPC-UA server. It adds connectivity, convenience and ease of use:

• The opening front panel houses multi-protocol communication boards that allow connection to other equipment
  
• The cables are protected by a special housing that prevents accidental disconnection
• Easytherm connects to other machines or to the customer's supervisory systems thanks to a wide range of communication interfaces (e.g. Modbus, Current Loop and Profibus).

TO REACH TEMPERATURES FROM 90 TO 250 °C

The Easytherm range operates at temperatures from 90 to 250 °C.

Specifically, the series includes:

• EW Open System Temperature Controller – Up to 90 °C
• ETP-F Temperature controller with high flow and head – Up to 140 °C
• EP Pressurised Temperature Controller – Up to 180 °C
• EO Oil Temperature Controller – Up to 250 °C

MAGNETIC SLUDGE REMOVER TO ADD

The magnetic particle separator is a Piovan solution for small frame Easytherm that treats the water process fluid during thermoregulation and enables the separation and filtration of metal dust.

Filters and magnetic particle separators connected to the temperature control unit can help maintain and clean the injection mould cooling system, preventing production waste and downtime.
