High-Efficiency Hopper Design

Each hopper combines an optimized cone geometry with a precise height-to-diameter (H/D) ratio to ensure uniform heat transfer across the pellet bed and equalize surface-to-core temperatures within each pellet.

As a result, moisture diffusion is enhanced and overall residence time is markedly reduced, optimizing injection molding machine (IMM) cycle time.
