Inspecta detects the presence of acetaldehyde or benzene in finished or semi-finished PET and rPET products such as preforms, sheets, granules and bottles.
Inspecta performs the analysis automatically: the software manages all major functions and settings, runs the analyzer, calculates calibration curves, and produces a detailed and clear report summarizing all relevant data and working parameters.
Inspecta can be installed close to the production area, without the need to collect samples and transport them to the laboratory. The analysis is aligned with production time, enabling real-time results and timely corrective action with real cost savings.

Because there are different gas chromatograph technologies and different sample preparation procedures, results are difficult to compare across laboratories. Inspecta, on the other hand, does not require sample preparation and is a consistent technology available worldwide.
Inspecta is also very useful for manufacturers with multiple production sites. Variability due to different testing laboratories can be easily overcome with Inspecta: technological and procedural standardization, combined with a high level of automation, allows easy comparison of all tests, regardless of the location of the production site.
