Vantage Drying Systems employ the utmost attention to energy efficiency in its design. It starts with the single process/regeneration blower delivering low power process air and regeneration air with a single blower via the precision ported Vantage Valve. The short regeneration cycle prepares the desiccant bed for processing using minimal energy – ¼ of the energy compared to wheel-based desiccant dryers which have perpetual regeneration heating. The double-wall construction of the Regeneration Air Heating Chamber preheats the regeneration airflow with metal dissipation. Hopper-mounted Process Heaters minimize heat losses by providing the dry heated air directly to the material through internal discharge diffuser, within the effectively insulated SHC Hopper.
